Todd Apartments
Todd Apartments are located on the west side of campus and provide students with one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment options. Eligibility to live in Todd Apartments is having 30 or more UCM accepted credit hours or being 21 years of age. Todd Apartments is open for fall/spring agreements only and is not a summer housing option. Summer housing is available in Foster-Knox Apartments.
Please note that for second year students, meal plans are still required if you reside in Foster-Knox, Nickerson or Todd Apartments.
